If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. 9. Account Closure and Termination

klb99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or failure to comply with identity verification requests. Upon termination, all pending wagers will be settled according to their original terms, and any remaining real money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before your account is closed, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
